Lucas Díaz, Argentine reinforcement for Real Betis

Real Betis has entered the winter market. The Andalusian team witnessing its direct rivals attempting to avoid relegation ATP Tudelano and Family Cash Alzira have reinforced their squads and made their first signings. Relief can exclusively confirm that Argentine Lucas Díaz has committed to the green and white team until the end of the season.

The 26-year-old player arrives with a free transfer from Ciampino Aniene in the Italian Serie A. He is a left-handed wing-closer with significant attacking prowess. Díaz initially trained at Cementista in the Mendoza First Division, affiliated with the Indoor Football Federation. Before joining Newell’s and playing in FIFA Futsal under the Argentine Football Association (AFA).

In January 2022, he arrived in Italy, and similar to the Brazilian Joao Salla (Jaén), he departs Ciampino after two years due to the Italian club’s financial problems.
